5 states · One skill
Opening

Your breath is the only tool you carry into every situation you'll ever be in.

Every meeting. Every hard conversation. Every sleepless 2 a.m. You've had it the whole time. You've just never been taught how to use it.

The Shift

From experience
to system.

A powerful breathwork session can shift how you feel for an evening. Then it fades, because state doesn't transfer on its own. This programme is built the other way around.

ExperienceIntegration
The Journey

Six weeks. One skill.

A guided programme to make breath usable in real life, one state at a time.

Week 01

Wind Down

Let the day leave your system.

Week 02

Focus

Find clarity for what comes next.

Week 03

Recover

Return faster after intensity.

Week 04

Activate

Create energy you can use.

Week 05

Calm Under Pressure

Stay steady when pressure rises.

Week 06

Integration

Integrate the five states into how you actually live.

The format

Each part does one thing.

Built to fit into real life, not take over your week.

Weekly Sessions

30–45 minutes. Live, online. Small group. One state per week, practised in real moments.

BAAS Companion

A private digital Companion that helps you practise, understand and apply each state. Access guided practices, session replays, key ideas, deeper insights, safety guidance, all in one place.

Integration Session

Where the practice becomes a personal system you'll carry on your own.

For real life

Not a productivity tool.
A human skill.

Use your breath at the end of a long day, before sleep, before a meeting, after a difficult conversation, or when you feel tense, drained, overstimulated, unfocused, or far from yourself. This is breathwork for real life.

FAQ

Common questions.

Who is this for?

For people who want a simple, reliable way to use breath for regulation, recovery, energy, and presence in everyday life. No prior experience needed.

Do I need experience with breathwork?

No. The programme works whether breath is new to you or already part of your practice.

Is this online or in person?

Online, by design. Built to integrate into your real week, not interrupt it.

How much time per week?

One live session (30–45 minutes) plus short practices through the week. The kind of time you already spend, used differently.

What if I miss a session?

Sessions are recorded. But the group rhythm matters. Consistency is part of how the work lands.

Will I get the recordings?

Yes. Every live session is recorded and available inside the Companion.

How long do I have access?

You keep access to the Companion after the programme, including future updates.

Is this just live sessions?

No. The live sessions are supported by the Practice Companion, short recordings, replays, deep dives and simple guidance for real-life use.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, until the second session.

Does joining the waitlist reserve my place?

No. The waitlist gives you early access when enrolment opens. Your place is confirmed only after you complete your booking.

Is joining the waitlist binding?

No. Joining is free and there is no obligation to book the programme.

What do I receive after joining?

You will receive the full programme details, schedule and early access to enrolment before it opens publicly.
